Little Rock police make arrest in deadly November shooting on Boyle Park Road

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Little Rock Police Department has made an arrest in a deadly shooting investigation from last November.
LRPD officials said 17-year-old Nazir Withers was arrested Wednesday in connection with the death of 21-year-old Avron Britton.
Late in the evening of Nov. 27, officers responded to a reported shooting in the Boyle Park Road area. When they arrived, they said they found a victim, later identified as Britton, lying in the road who had been shot and killed.
Authorities said Withers is facing a charge of capital murder.
According to the LRPD, the investigation into the shooting is still ongoing.
