Mentorship Summit hosted Saturday by Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission hosted the “Ultimate Measure of a Man”: Better Version of Ourselves Fatherhood and Mentorship Initiative on Saturday.
The Young Men’s Mentorship Summit was brought together by youth, community leaders and mentors to inspire, educate and empower a new generation of leaders.
The event offered a platform for young men to engage in discussions about personal growth, leadership and the importance of mentorship through workshops and interactive sessions.
“The ‘Utlimate Measure of a Man’ summit was a testament to the power of fatherhood, mentorship and the critical role they play in shaping future leaders,” Arkansas MLK Commission Executive Director DuShun Scarbrough said. “We were honored to witness young men take steps toward becoming the best versions of themselves while embracing the principles of leadership and service.”
During King Week in central Arkansas, the Commission has focused on bringing opportunities and impactful lessons to local communities.
