Dardanelle police locate vehicle suspected in hit and run, still looking for driver

DARDANELLE, Ark. – Officials with the Dardanelle Police Department said they’ve captured a vehicle that was allegedly used in a hit and run incident involving a middle school student on Wednesday.
According to an update from police chief Joseph Paterak, officials with the Russellville Police Department located and seized a red SUV that he said was involved in the incident near Frankfort Street.
Paterak said that the driver was identified as 26-year-old Marck Livingston, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest due to allegedly hitting the student in a crosswalk and driving off.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Livingston is asked to call Dardanelle police at 479-229-2533.
