Pulaski County man wins $200,000 prize on instant game
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A Pulaski County man won a $200,000 prize after playing an instant game.
E. Withers won the big prize by playing the $10 Ultimate Riches instant game. He purchased the winning ticket at Roosevelt Shell on Roosevelt Road in Little Rock.
Officials with the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said Withers bought the ticket a day after his wife won $50 on the same game.
“I was so surprised because I just couldn’t believe it,” Withers told lottery officials. “I kept looking at the winning numbers thinking, ‘Well, it has to be right!’”
Lottery officials said more than $945,000 remains in total cash prizes for the Ultimate Riches instant game, including a $10,000 and $5,000 prize.
