Escaped inmate among 10 on the loose from Arkansas state prisons

CALICO ROCK, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A former police chief in Northwest Arkansas who escaped from prison on Sunday afternoon is now one of 10 inmates who are currently on the run after escaping.
