Scattered showers and storms are lighting up radar this evening, mainly across western Arkansas. Most storms so far have stayed below severe limits, but a few could still pack a punch with gusty winds, heavy rain, and some hail. Stay weather-aware through the evening hours.
Another round of storms arrives tomorrow morning, bringing more heavy rain and strong wind gusts. While we may catch a break by the afternoon, additional storms are expected by tomorrow evening, especially for central and northern Arkansas. These could bring flooding and frequent lightning. Remember: when thunder roars, go indoors.
