Week 3 of the NFL regular season came to a close with 17 Maryland football alumni again seeing the field.

On Sunday, Tennessee Titans tight end Chig Okonkwo had a strong game against the Indianapolis Colts. Despite a 41-20 blowout loss, the former Terp hauled in five passes for 66 yards.

Okonkwo led the team in receiving and averaged 13 yards a catch. While he made an impact in the pass game, he also had a decent presence in pass blocking. He received a pass block grade of 68, leading the Titans in that category, per Pro Football Focus.

As the 26-year-old continues to be a reliable target for rookie quarterback Cam Ward, look for Okonkwo next week against the Houston Texans. Tennessee is still in search of its first win of the season.
