Arkansas Storm Team Forecast: A chilly start to a very nice Monday; quiet for most of the week

It's jacket weather to start off Monday, but the afternoon will be B - U - Ti - Ful! Tuesday may be much the same, but with a few more clouds. Rain chances are not in the forecast in Central Arkansas until Friday and then through the weekend and early next week.
