Heber Springs woman arrested, accused sharing inappropriate photos of juvenile online
CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. – Investigators in Cleburne County say a woman was arrested earlier month and is accused of sending inappropriate photos of a minor back and forth with another adult.
A release from the Cleburne County Sheriff’s office states that a report was filed on Jan. 10 alleging that two adults used various social media platforms to discuss sexual relations between the two of them and a juvenile female.
Deputies said the person filing the report claimed that the adults exchanged inappropriate photos of the minor during the online conversations.
Authorities began their investigation, and the next day they arrested 41-year-old Teri Adams of Heber Springs. Deputies said Adams faces a charge of internet stalking of a child and another charge. She was booked into the Cleburne County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
Officials with the sheriff’s office said the investigation in this case is still ongoing and additional charges or arrests are expected.
