CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. – The Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help as it works to identify human remains found in a wildlife management area.
The remains were found by a woman walking her dog in the Jim Kress Wildlife Management Area near Wilburn on Dec. 31, 2023. Sheriff Chris Brown said attempts to identify the remains have been unsuccessful.
Investigators have determined that the remains are of a man who had either spinal surgery or a spinal fusion plate in his neck.
They are asking that anyone with information on a missing man call department detective Angelo Aldrighetti at 501-362-8143.
