Gulf Shore Regional Cat Show returning to Little Rock
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Hundreds of cats will be gathered in the Little Rock metro this month to compete in the Gulf Shore Regional Cat Show.
The event, hosted by the Cat Fanciers’ Association, will be held at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds Hall of Industry Feb. 17-18 from 9 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Event officials said this month’s themed is “Rock Around the Clock”, and will feature competitions between pedigreed cats in four divisions: championship, premiership, kittens and household pets. There will also be a Feline Agility Competition and Cat Costume Contest.
Rescue organization Community Cats of Central Arkansas will be at the event for anyone looking to adopt.
Admission for adults is $12, $10 for seniors and $8 for children ages 5-12. A family 4-pack, including a minimum of two children, is $30.
