Troopers responding after tire comes off semi on I-630 and crashes into car

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – State troopers are responding to a crash on Interstate 630 in Little Rock Wednesday afternoon involving a semi and a car.
The crash was first reported shortly before noon near the Woodrow Overpass.
The tractor trailer was heading west down the interstate when it appeared to lose a tire, which went across the median and into the eastbound lanes where it hit a car.
One person was transported from the crash by ambulance. The extent of that person’s injuries has not be released at this time.
Traffic on I-630 was slowed in both directions as crews responded to the crash but had resumed normal speeds by around 12:45 p.m.
