Arkansas Repertory Theatre announces free community, education performances

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Repertory Theatre has announced two free performance events affiliated with their spring community and education programs.

One is in partnership with the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Interdistrict Magnet Elementary School, which is the Downtown Playmakers Project. The performance will be “From Showers to Flowers: The Springtime Plays,” which will start at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 16.

The other project is in partnership with Easterseals and is from Unlimited Stages-Barrier Free Theatre. The presentation will be “Skylarking,” presented at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22.

Organizers say there is no cost to attend the events, but donations are supported.
