North Little Rock back-to-school bash offering free school supplies & more

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Before students gear up to return to classes, a back-to-school bash will be held in North Little Rock next week.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the Glenview Community Center. The center is located at 4800 East 19th Street.
City officials said there will be free school supplies, giveaways, haircuts, food, face painting and field day activities. Children must be present to receive backpacks.
Officials with Park Plaza Mall also announced this week that there is an ongoing back-to-school drive to support students at Dunbar Magnet Middle School until August.
