Little Rock Downtown Food Truck Festival moving to new location

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Little Rock Downtown Food Truck Festival will return to a new location this year.
The festival will be held Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., relocating to a green space by the 30 Crossing Bridge. City officials said bringing the festival to the new location is an opportunity to bring the space to life.
"This is an opportunity to show tens of thousands of people what this space could be, and we hope it will bring energy and excitement to this project just as the draft plan for a more permanent park is unveiled,” Downtown Little Rock Partnership Executive Director Kyle Leyenberger said.
City officials said a team will unveil a draft master plan design vision for the park.
Last year, the festival was held on Capital Avenue, bringing out thousands of people.
