Central Arkansas opens emergency shelters due to bitterly cold temps

Central Arkansas officials have opened temporary overnight emergency shelters at the Dunbar Community Center in Little Rock and the North Little Rock Community Center due to the predicted cold temperatures, with no ID required and pets allowed in kennels provided by Little Rock Animal Village.
