Miss Ouachita River Brooke Bradford is planting seeds for the future
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. –Miss Ouachita River Brooke Bradford knows the importance of growing up in the Natural State with what is being grown, as well.
The University of Arkansas senior told KARK 4 News that her community service initiative is called Planting Seeds: The Importance of Agricultural Education, with her life’s ambition, focused on advocating for the agricultural industry.
Bradford said she will graduate with degrees in agricultural communication and agricultural leadership and plans to attend law school in the fall. She is also an author with her children’s book “But Mom” about a little girl who fights to save a strawberry patch on a farm.
Bradford will be part of the excitement on the Miss Arkansas Pageant coming up on Saturday, June 15, and airing on KARK. For more information on the competition, visit MissArkansas.org.
