Sturgill Simpson to play at Walmart AMP in October

ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Walmart AMP announced on June 5 that country music star Sturgill Simpson is headed to the venue on October 9 under the name Johnny Blue Sky.

According to a press release, gates will open at 7 p.m., and music will start at 8 p.m.

The release says presales start on June 12 at 10 a.m. The AMP asks fans to register before tickets go on sale. Registration for the pre-sale is open until June 10 at 10:59 p.m. Attendees can sign up here for exclusive early access to the presale.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on June 14. Standard ticket prices range from $49.50 to $129.50 plus applicable fees.
