LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The 23rd annual Little Rock Marathon kicked off early Saturday morning with the 5K and 10K races.
Over 2,000 people ran through the streets of Little Rock in sunny and comfortable temperatures for both the 3.2- and 10.2-mile races.

Congratulations to 16-year-old Ryan Schaefer for winning the men’s division of the 5K and 13-year-old Selma Kate Grandon for being the first female finisher across the finish line for the 3-point 1-mile race.
For the 10K, 19-year-old Wesley Marsh bested the rest of the field while 32-year-old Erica Ashley won for the women.
