Two arrested, charged after deadly July 4 shooting in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the Little Rock Police Department said that two have been arrested following a deadly Friday night shooting.
According to a post on social media, 40-year-old Al-Malik Diamond and 46-year-old Anna Rodgers were arrested on Saturday and police said they are each facing a charge of capital murder.
Police said officers responded to a call about a shooting at 9:42 p.m. at a home on Karon Ct.
Officers said when they arrived at the home, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency responders attempted life-saving measures, but the man died at the scene.
Police did not release the name of the person that died. This is a developing story, please check back for updates.
