Arkansas TV Commission puts hold on PBS disaffiliation pending funding

The Arkansas TV Commission has agreed to hold off on the disenfranchisement of PBS and Arkansas TV until alternate funding sources can be found to cover the additional $2 million needed to maintain PBS programming.
