Cleburne County deputy arrested for alleged child solicitation in Faulkner County

CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. – A Cleburne County deputy has been arrested in Faulkner County for alleged solicitation of a minor for sex.
According to investigators, the deputy was arrested early Saturday morning and is now facing one count of internet stalking of a child and one count of traveling for the purposes of an unlawful sex act with a child.
The Cleburne County Sheriff said in a release that the deputy is currently in the custody of the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office and his name has not yet been released because their investigation is ongoing.
