Little Rock police announce arrest in Tuesday tire shop shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the Little Rock Police Department announced Saturday that they have arrested a man accused of killing a man at a tire shop on Tuesday.  

According to a post on social media, police said that 27-year-old Rahim Muhammad has been arrested and is facing a charge of capital murder.

According to the LRPD, officers were called to City Tires Tuesday at 8:52 a.m. After arriving on the scene, officers said they found 45-year-old Jerrick Holden, who had been shot multiple times.

Officers said medical personnel responded, but Holden died at the scene.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
