Arkansas program to provide scheduling at Revenue Offices

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A program by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration is anticipated to end long wait times at the state’s 134 Revenue offices.

DFA officials announced Monday that Arkansans can now make an appointment for Revenue Office Services. Officials said by visiting MyDMV.Arkansas.gov, Arkansans can set a date and time to visit the Revenue Office for any service, from registering a vehicle to renewing a driver’s license.

Approximately half of DFA’s Revenue Offices are currently available for appointments, with remaining offices added throughout this year.

Officials clarified that walking in will remain an option across all offices and that an appointment is not required. They added that a test of the appointment system in December 2024 at several offices around the state provided positive feedback, with more than 7,000 appointments booked.
