Arkansas gets 'F' grade for second year in annual March of Dimes report on maternal & infant health

Arkansas has earned an "F" grade for infant and maternal health in the annual March of Dimes Report Card, with a preterm birth rate of 12.1% and an infant mortality rate of 8.2%, while the state does rank among the top 10 for lowest rates of severe maternal morbidity.
