Little Rock police make arrest in deadly 2023 shooting

21-year-old Deshun Acker of Little Rock was arrested on Dec. 1 and is facing charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery in connection with the Jan. 5, 2023, shooting death of 17-year-old Carnelius Williams.
