Arkansas State Police to give briefing concerning Fordyce mass shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas State Police will be giving a 2 p.m. Sunday briefing to discuss the Fordyce grocery store shooting that happened on Friday.

A total of four people died in the shooting with several others injured, including two law enforcement officers.

ASP officials have identified the fourth victims as 62-year-old Shirley Taylor, 23-year-old Callie Weems, 50-year-old Roy Sturgis and 81-year-old Ellen Shrum.

The shooting suspect was identified as 44-year-old Travis Eugene Posey from New Edinburg.

The event will be streamed live at the top of the page beginning at 2 p.m.
